Step-by-Step Guide for Camp Credits, Transfers, or Refunds
Important: Camp credits, transfers, and refunds are managed directly by the event organizer, not by PlaynSports. Please contact the organizer for any issues related to these requests.
- Review the Event’s Refund and Transfer Policy:
- Each event on PlaynSports has its own refund, transfer, and credit policies, set by the event organizer.
- Visit the event’s page on PlaynSports and carefully review the policy, as some events may have specific restrictions on refunds or only offer credits or transfers.
- Log in to Your PlaynSports Account:
- Go to the PlaynSports login page and enter your username and password.
- If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it here.
- Navigate to Your Registered Events:
- Once logged in, go to the "My Upcoming and Past Ticket Purchases" section on your dashboard.
- Locate the event you want to request a credit, transfer, or refund for.
- Contact the Event Organizer Directly:
- In your event details, look for a “Contact Organizer” or similar button. This is how you will directly reach out to the event organizer.
- Explain your request clearly, whether it’s for a credit, transfer, or refund. The organizer will review and determine whether your request aligns with their policy.
- Wait for Organizer Approval:
- The organizer will follow up with you regarding the status of your request. The decision to provide a refund, credit, or transfer is entirely at the discretion of the event organizer, based on their policy.
- Keep an eye on your email for updates by the organizer.
- Confirm Your Credit or Transfer:
- If the organizer approves your request, you may receive a credit or transfer to another event.
- For Transfers, log in to your PlaynSports account to verify any updates in your registration or credits.
- For Credits, keep an eye out for an email from the coaching staff providing details on your credit.
- Only Contact PlaynSports Support if You Need Platform Assistance:
- If you experience technical issues or have trouble reaching the event organizer, you can contact PlaynSports support.
- Remember, PlaynSports support does not handle refunds, credits, or transfers. These decisions are managed exclusively by the event organizer.
