How do I get in contact with the event organizer?


Search for the Event:

  • Go to the Playnports.com or click here Find Camps & Clinics page.
  • Use the map or search filters to find the specific event you’re looking for.
  • Use the map and search filters to find your event.
    • You can click on the pins on the map or scroll through the list of events on the side to open an event’s details page.
      • On Desktop: Click Twice to zoom in and scroll side to side on the map.
      • On Mobile: Pinch the screen with two fingers to zoom in or out, and swipe with one finger to scroll left or right.
  • Quick Search: Type the name of the camp to locate it quickly.
    • Hold Command + F (on Mac)
    • Hold Ctrl + F (on Windows)


Use Your Email Confirmation:

  • After registering for an event, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • In the email, click on the event title to be taken directly to the event's page.


Log In to Your Dashboard:

  • Log in to your PlayNports account using the username and password you created during checkout.
  • Go to the "My Upcoming and Past Ticket Purchases" section.
  • Under "Registered Events," find the event and click on it to access the details.


Contact the Event Organizer:

  • On the event's page, locate the contact options (e.g., a “Contact” icon or button).
  • Clicking this icon will reveal the contact information, allowing you to directly email or reach out to the event coordinator.
  • You can also contact the organizer via social media links if available.
