How to Update Attendee Information After Registration
After registering for an event, you can quickly update attendee details. Any changes you make will automatically populate on the organizer's end, allowing them to export updated information in time for check-in.
Common Updates: If you need to correct details like the attendee’s name, grade, age, location, or other specifics, follow the steps below.
You won’t need to contact the organizer or Play'n Sports support to make these changes.
Login Instructions:
Username: This is typically the purchaser's email or a combination of the purchaser’s first and last name - ie. charlie.brown

Step-by-Step Guide for Updating Registration Information
- Log in to Your Account: Go to the Playnsports login page and enter your username or email.
- Access to Your Dashboard: After logging in, navigate to your dashboard where you’ll see your registered events.
- Update or Modify Registrant Information: Under the event you want to edit, click on “Update Registrant Info” or "Modify Registrant Information."
- Make Necessary Changes:
- To Edit Basic Details (e.g., age, grade, etc.): Simply enter the updated information in the relevant fields and click “Save.”
- To Modify Name or Email:
- Scroll to the section with the participant’s name and email.
- Click the pencil icon next to the Profile ID.
- Enter the new information and click “Save.”
- Confirmation: Once saved, your changes will be visible on the organizer’s side for check-in purposes.
