Modifying Attendee Details After Checkout

1. Receive Confirmation: After checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email containing details from the order form you submitted, such as first name, last name, age, emergency contact, etc.
2. Access Your Dashboard: As Play'n Sports allows you to pay and checkout without creating an account, an account is automatically created for you after checkout. You will receive a link to your dashboard in the invoice email. Click on this link to access your dashboard.
3. Create Password: In your dashboard, you can set up your password for your newly created account.
4. View and Modify Details: Once logged into your dashboard, you can view payment details and see current or past event registrations. To modify details submitted during checkout, simply click on "View Details" next to the registration. Changes made here are updated in real time and reflected on the coach's end.
5. Request Refund or Credit: Depending on the coordinator's refund policy, you may be able to request a refund or credit directly from your dashboard.
6. Contact Coordinator: If you need to contact the coordinator for any reason, visit their registration page and scroll down to the bottom under the ticket pricing options. You'll find a "Contact Us" button to initiate communication.
